If you have complaints about CITGO's accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing procedures, we invite you to bring them to our attention. We value the opinions of all customers, stakeholders and employees. Our confidential and anonymous system will track your complaints and our response.

If you have a complaint, click on the “Add a Message” button below and follow the instructions. Since all complaints are anonymous, you will be assigned a random message number. You will need to keep a copy of this number if you wish to follow-up on the status of your complaints. Please check back to the Web site after 48 hours to see if a response has been posted.

CITGO prefers that you use the web based system if at all possible, but if you prefer to use the telephone, complaints can also be shared by calling the General Auditor on our confidential phone line at (800) 252-4846.

All complaints will be investigated and results will be reported by the General Auditor to CITGO's Board of Directors' Audit Committee. CITGO expects its business to be conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and in adherence to the highest moral and ethical standards of responsibility, accountability and integrity. We recognize that integrity, in all that we do, is essential to our long-term success.
